Moving Rates & Pricing
Straightforward pricing for local moves. Custom quotes for specialty jobs. You always know what you're paying before we show up.
Standard Rates
Simple, honest hourly billing. No surprises on moving day.
You pay only for the time we're on site. Billing stops when we're done.
We don't bill you for our drive to your location. Your clock starts when we arrive.
Dollies, furniture pads, straps, and hand trucks — all included at no extra charge.
Senior Discounts
We offer discounted rates for senior moves. Our crew takes extra time, care, and patience on every senior relocation — whether it's a downsizing move, a transition to assisted living, or just moving closer to family.
Simply mention that you're a senior (or moving a family member) when you call or request your estimate. The discount is applied automatically — no proof required.
Specialty & Long-Distance
Some jobs have too many variables for a flat hourly rate. For these we build a custom quote — fast, firm, and always upfront.
Long-Distance Moves
Moving outside Central Ohio? We handle long-distance relocations with the same care and professionalism as our local moves. Pricing depends on distance, volume, and access. Call for a fast, honest quote.

Hot tubs require specialized equipment and an experienced crew. We've moved hundreds of them — off decks, through gates, up slopes. Every hot tub move is custom-quoted based on weight, access, and placement.
Get a Quote →Piano Moving
Pianos are heavy, fragile, and unforgiving of mistakes. We quote piano moves individually based on the type (upright, baby grand, grand) and the conditions at both locations.
Get a Quote →Appliance Moving
Large appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, commercial units — are quoted based on size, number of items, and stair or elevator access at your location.
Get a Quote →Specialty & Heavy Items
Gun safes, gym equipment, arcade machines, commercial equipment. If it's unusually heavy or awkward, we'll assess it and give you a firm number before we show up.
